4. Adonai is high above all nations, His glory is above the heavens.
5. Who is like Adonai our God, enthroned on high,
6. who brings Himself down to look upon heaven and upon earth?
7. He raises the poor from the dust, lifts up the needy out of the dunghill,
8. to seat him with princes, with the princes of His people.
