Exodus 6:25-30 New American Bible, Revised Edition (NABRE)

25. Eleazar, Aaron’s son, married one of Putiel’s daughters, who bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the ancestral houses of the Levites by their clans.

26. These are the Aaron and the Moses to whom the Lord said, “Bring the Israelites out from the land of Egypt, company by company.”

27. They are the ones who spoke to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, to bring the Israelites out of Egypt—the same Moses and Aaron.

28. When the Lord spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt

29. the Lord said to Moses: I am the Lord. Say to Pharaoh, king of Egypt, all that I tell you.

30. But Moses protested to the Lord, “Since I am a poor speaker, how is it possible that Pharaoh will listen to me?”
