17. The Lord spoke to Moses, saying:
18. Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them: Whoever from the house of Israel or from the foreigners in Israel who offers his burnt offering for any vows or freewill offerings that he offers to the Lord,
19. then if it is to be accepted for you, the offering shall be a male without blemish, a bull, sheep, or goat.
