Exodus 22:25-31 King James 2000 (KJ2000)

25. If you lend money to any of my people who is poor among you, you shall not be to him as a lender, neither shall you charge him interest.

26. If you at all take your neighbor's clothing as pledge, you shall deliver it unto him by the time the sun goes down:

27. For that is his only covering, it is his clothing for his skin: in what shall he sleep? and it shall come to pass, when he cries unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.

28. You shall not revile God, nor curse the ruler of your people.

29. You shall not delay to offer the first of your ripe fruits, and of the outflow of your presses: the firstborn of your sons shall you give unto me.

30. Likewise shall you do with your oxen, and with your sheep: seven days it shall be with its mother; on the eighth day you shall give it to me.

31. And you shall be holy men unto me: neither shall you eat any flesh that is torn of beasts in the field; you shall cast it to the dogs.
