Deuteronomy 22:1-14 King James 2000 (KJ2000)

1. You shall not see your brother's ox or his sheep go astray, and withhold your help from them: you shall certainly bring them again unto your brother.

2. And if your brother is not near unto you, or if you know him not, then you shall bring it unto your own house, and it shall be with you until your brother seeks after it, and you shall restore it to him again.

3. In like manner shall you do with his donkey; and so shall you do with his clothing; and with any lost thing of your brother's, which he has lost, and you have found, shall you do likewise: you may not withhold your help.

4. You shall not see your brother's donkey or his ox fall down by the way, and withhold your help from them: you shall surely help him to lift them up again.

5. The woman shall not wear that which pertains unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are an abomination unto the LORD your God.

6. If a bird's nest happens to be before you in the way in any tree, or on the ground, whether they are young ones, or eggs, and the mother sitting upon the young, or upon the eggs, you shall not take the mother with the young:

9. You shall not sow your vineyard with different seeds: lest the fruit of your seed which you have sown, and the fruit of your vineyard, be defiled.

10. You shall not plow with an ox and a donkey together.

11. You shall not wear a garment of different sorts, as of woolen and linen together.

12. You shall make tassels upon the four corners of your cloak, with which you cover yourself.

13. If any man takes a wife, and goes in unto her, and hates her,

14. And charges her with shameful conduct, and brings an evil name upon her, and says, I took this woman, and when I came to her, I found her not a virgin:
